The site planning organizes a series of perimeter volumes around an open plaza. The architectural figure is structured by the irregular geometry of the site locating principal buildings along the two grids defining the parcel’s shape. The total construction area of approximately 500,000 square-feet was distributed among four buildings containing a total of 264 dwelling units, and 43 ground retail spaces.. An alternating path of open public hallways leading to single and duplex apartments provide window exposures on opposite walls  to every unit allowing for cross ventilation as well as flexible floor layouts.
