Most regulatory environments that building owners operate in require inspections and repairs to maintain facade safety. Bone/Levine Architects has 40 years of experience on the buildings of the North-East, having worked on over 400 structures, including buildings of all types, wall systems, sizes and ages. New York City has a particularly demanding Façade Inspection Safety Program (FISP), and we have extensive experience meeting the special requirements that the city presents. All buildings over six stories in height are required to have periodic inspections, file reports, and to care for the envelope so as to assure safety. Compliance is essential and failure to comply results in costly fines. We have a specialized staff that does rope access inspections eliminating – in many cases – the costly process of scaffold based investigations. Get in touch for more info.
