780 Third Avenue is a 50-story midtown Manhattan tower consisting of a concrete structure clad in granite panels and bronze glass. Roofs, masonry, bulkheads, maintenance rigging and guard railings were all in poor condition. The repairs program addressed all primary deficiencies.
